GL: USCG BOAT ACCIDENT

It sure looks like the C.G. Aux vessel was the give way vessel, the high speed boat was approaching off her stb bow. The CGA boat did not have adiquate look outs. I immagin everyone (on both vessels) was fixated on the tour boat. Jon.
