GL: USCG Auxilliary boat hits/sinks speedboat

My guess is that unless gummint denial/stonewalling
becomes involved, that a jury would probably assign the
reatest part of total guilt to the USCGAux crew/P.O.C. is
that they/he  ould be presumed to have a FAR GREATER
knowledge and skill level than Joe Sixpacks in the outboard
runabout!
