GL: Florida Destinations

Consider going up (southbound) the St Johns River to Sanford. Great snowbird 
boating community there. Walking distance to downtown Sanford. It's far 
enough south to stay warm and to avoid winterizing. Marina was inexpensive 
three years ago, $220/mo for a Monk 36. Close to Orlando, its airport and 
attractions. Plus a great excuse to get off the Loop and see the St Johns.

Don't know the monthly, but the marina laundry is FREE! Ditto on: Great
