GL: Outlook Express

I'm new to the Loop list so not sure how to post to the whole site, thus
I'll just respond to you.

Your problem may not be with your laptop.   We found in our travels that
some Internet sites at the marinas did not let any emails be sent for
Outlook or Outlook Express.  It was their way to handle spam.  We had to
send emails using a web based service like   Yahoo mail or Google mail and
used the web services to compose and send rather than Outlook.    Sometimes
the next marina down the road worked with our outlook just fine.    Oh the
joys of computers.
