GL: General Question about Yacht Clubs

We belonged to the Royal Marsh Harbour YC in the Bahamas. It is very low 
priced but I don't have that info here now.  (about 150. to join and a small 
fee for your card each year)   We used yacht clubs quite a bit up in Canada 
and on Lake Ontario and mostly in Toronto.  We used them on Lake Erie and up 
on the North Channel as well.  The Southern US YCs don't do much if anything 
for you but the Northern US and Canadians are good about it.
