GL: Tape on fuel vent

I know you are a lot smarter than me, but, that sounds like something the
government would put out to justify spending $1000 on a seat for a toilet.

Don't get angry, I guess I am too simple for such figuring. If I can push my
finger through the tape, but I can't push my finger through the sides of the
tank, I'd guess the same would be true of the air inside, but maybe my logic
is all wrong.
