GL: Duplicate Posts

While several people are complaining about apparently receiving double
copies of list messages, the list is running just fine, and is only sending
out one copy of each message.

When this type of complaint has been seen in the past, invariably the cause
was tracked down to the user's client e-mail program being incorrectly
configured with "Rules" to move copies of the list messages into a separate
folder. While the Rules capability is quite useful, it is also prone to user
caused errors that result in multiple copies of the messages.

If you are seeing two or more copies of list messages, and you have Rules in
place, try turning off the rules one at a time, until you see the problem go
away.
