It really depends on if you want to just do the Circle or enjoy it.

We have spent  almost exactly 12 months on it and have 5400 plus miles and 
are not yet half way through.

For many , if not most that is the full trip. I do not have my log with me 
rt now but I think we put abt 500 hrs on the engines so far.

For instance, we did the Rideau Canal in Canada that is 125 miles long---we 
spent 3 weeks!
