GL: favorable wind

To All Boaters,

I am looking for some information in regard to favorable winds to cross Lake
Ontario, Kingston Canada, to Oswego, New York. Any and all information in
regard to direction of wind as well as the speed would be greatly
appreciated. Also, looking for a buddy boat to make the run next Tuesday,
September 11, 2007 subject to the weather?
