Now I know that nobody on this list would ever have this kind of problem,
but...
Twice that I know of in the last 10 or so days, the marine police or DNR or
somebody like that has written tickets to dinghy operators for not having
life
jackets aboard. "Oops, I forgot and left them in my big boat over there.
I'll go back and get them" Not good enough. No warning, just a ticket.
Personally, I've got better ways to spend $85 or $90! If you are in the
Chestertown, MD area, make sure your dinghy is legal.
