GL: Illinois river

This is Endeavor, De Fever 41. 
Presently we are in Chicago, planning to enter the river system next Monday. 
We heard there are something like 14 Loopers waiting in Joliet. What are the 
conditions now, any idea of when things are expected to improve, and is there a 
phone number we can call before we take off to see if things are moving.
