While traveling the eastern seaboard, we found that if you have one year 
prescriptions setup with BigChain A, find out that Big Chain A is not at 
your current stop when you need a refill, you can go into BigChain B and get 
it transferred and placed under BigChain B's care. The next time if you 
can't find B, you can repeat and move back to A or on to C, ...

EXCEPT New York State.

EXCEPT in Canojoharie, NY, at a nice local mom and pop pharmacy who helped 
us out with a limited amount of refill, and no transfer.
