The Walmart here in New Bern, NC phoned the Giant pharmacy in Annapolis, MD
and filled my Rx within one hour. They were very pleasant about it. They
have advertised this as a national program.
Most importantly, if a generic drug you take is on their large list of
generics, you are charged $4.00 per 30 day supply. So, $12.00 for a 90 day
supply. This is often less than some plans co-pays. Although St. Brendan's
Isle is reliable and will forward your drugs in a timely manner, Walmart may
end up being cheaper and quicker.

| We are having our doctors give us prescriptions for one year and are
having them filled at Wal Mart for three months. We are told that Wal Mart
in other states will fill them when the three months are up.
| We are taking copies of our medical records with us so that at the end of
the year we can see a doctor and get another prescription.
