GL: Dock Line Throwing

I received the foregoing privately but will ans on line.

The eye is large, FOUR FEET, and you have at least one full circle of line 
on it, maybe two.
You hold it open with two hands and throw with both hands.

Aside: Years ago I was showing THE WIFE  how to do this and she could not 
get it. All of a sudden it dawned on her that I was throwing the line LEFT 
HANDED  and she was trying to do the same and she is RIGHT HANDED!!!!!!!
