I can't argue with anything you say in this paragraph, but who in their 
right mind would want this "Winter Special" for a price of let's say $1600 
dockage, when they know they're going to get slapped with an additional 
$3000 to $10,000 or more tax bill?

When you say "no one has had a problem", are you suggesting that CCM has an 
above board way at keeping the tax man at bay?
