I think the book Charles mentioned is Down East Circle Route, by Capt.
Cheryl Barr (2003).

When I was up in Halifax checking on the progress of our build, I found what
appears to be a great book for the Nova Scotia area called "Yachting Guide
to the Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia" by Arthur Dechman.

If you get any off line info on the Nova Scotia to Maine to NY legs please
share with us as we plan the same trip in 09.  There is a cruise guide by a
Canadian lady the DOWNEAST CRUISE GUIDE it is on the boat so I don't have
the add. Find on the net. It looks  good.
