thanks for the complement. I did get rid of that really nice helm chair. It 
was mounted so close to the wheel that it made the lower helm unusable. It 
was a great chair for sitting and watching TV though. I replaced it with a 
folding director's chair. That allows me to much better get to the breaker 
panel under the wheel and I can fold it and move it when I want. Right now, 
for the winter for example, I have some boxes stacked up there.

thanks for the tip on Corroseal ! I see that its about $50/gallon delivered. 
That's a lot more money than a quart of Rustoleom.
