GL: Anchor Refurbish

Got quotes last week to do mine.  $250 minimum!!!!!!
Then spoke to plant manager to find out why so much.  He said ALL old 
galvanizing must be removed before new galvanizing can be done.
Although my anchor is $850 new, I think I'll do as Ralph suggested and let 
it be.
