GL: Fred Fearing

We spent a marvelous evening with Fred around 15 years ago.  What a
delightful man.  We took our 19b Wellcraft from Newport News, VA. to
Elizabeth City
for our anniversary and stayed in a B&B next to Fredbs home.
That weekend we toured a 43b trawler at the free docks, and learned about
the bGreat Loopb.  That set the wheels in motion for our loop in 2002 b
2003.
Fred gave us a tour of his home, and told story after story about him town
while sipping wine in his yard.
He will be missed.
