Hi Charles & List,
With my slow cruising KK Manatee & my rear viewing video camera, I slow to
Zero, and pull over to either side when I see any go fast boats heading my
way.
I then turn my bow into their wake to avoid any rolling. When there is
several boats in a row, I simply Chris-Cross in between each of the boats
riding up and down their wake.
Hey, it still is fun doing what I'm doing.
Ciao, Capt. Joe Guarino
Joe,
You are right. Something else that I do is tell the overtaking boat that I
will be turning into his wake and that I will come CLOSE to his transom so
that I will cross his wake ASAP so that----" You can get on your way."
**********Gosh, I hope that my spell check did not miss any
errors--------again!!!!!!
