GL: Cleaning fenders

I have found that Spray Nine works very well. Second best is Whitewall tire 
cleaner. Use a green scotchbright pad with the spray nine or whitewall tire 
cleaner.Also, the spray nine/ scotch bright pad works extreamly well on 
inflatible boats as well. It must do some damage it works so well.
