If you are( severely ) waked in an overtaking or meeting  situation. Don't 
get on the radio and get mad. The Coasties don't care for that.
Declare a SECULARITY  and announce that a boat( whatever brand of boat, it's 
name, description and location, etc.) is speeding and causing a dangerous 
wake.
Bingo!
