GL: cleaning boat fenders

Give them a quick scrub with soap,water and brush to take off the surface
dirt. Then use a strong bleach solution and lots of it. Leave the fenders in
the sun for several days, rotating as needed to let all areas get the sun. Can
be reapplied as desired.
