GL: Recovery of MOB

You're right that getting a MOB is difficult, especially if he is
incapacitated. A swim platform ladder will most helpful is the MOB is
able to climb up himself. Trying to pull him up otherwise is like lifting
a walrus.

The boat we are looking at has a electric/hydrallic dinghy davit on the
boat deck. Could such a device be useful in lifting a MOB up on the swim
platform or all the way into the boat? I suppose the MOB would have to
have some sort of sling for such to work.
