GL: man overboard

Vance,

It was fun biking thru the old locks for me too.  It was earlier in
the summer, so I wasn't in the same shape I'm in now.  I'm down 8 pounds from
then and I can now easily run the bicycle about 25 miles without killing
myself.  The seat is completely worn out now.

Let's do it again next year
and we'll see who keeps up with whom!
