GL: Marinas and power

Mac et al,
I have a few miles under the keel, and a month or so ago, while visiting
Irish Boat Works in Charlavoix (Sp?), MI, the Dock Master actually came out
and measured for leakage currents around all of the transit boats.  Never
had that happen before.  They even gave you a little print out and it
explained their visit and measurments.

There is a first time for everything.  Mac, I would have commented sooner,
but in the tradition of the IOOK, I was asleep!
