As Charles Cullotta succinctly stated, SCHEDULE is the worst word in
boating. I have to agree.
I am suspicious that this boat delivery was wrapped in a schedule that
influenced these men to run the boat in these conditions. As Loopers,
most of us have the attitude to take our time, wait for nice days to
move the boat, etc. Additionally, most of the Loopers are retired folk
who are not working around a schedule.
I submit the BEST word in boating is PRUDENCE.
Sounds like this fellow on the bridge may have tried to do something
while the other fellow was below....perhaps he leaned over the side for
some reason, who knows.
