GL: State Registration

The Boat US website has a government tab with a lot of info including every 
states registration & taxation rules. They will also communicate with you if 
you have questions.
The state of Michigan had one set of rules published on their website but 
Boat US had a different set of rules. I asked and they called the state to 
verify. The vague & lenient state website rules were incorrect.
