GL: Canadian Telephone Reporting Site - Marine

I have had problems getting this message out so if you have already seem it
once (or twice) please forgive me.

As part of planning for entry into the North Channel from Michigan I have
identified a few Canadian Telephone Reporting Sites. While my Central Texas
geography is only reasonable, my ability to identify many of the locations
in the North Channel is not as good.

I realize I can go up to Sault Ste. Marie but I doubt if I will. 
I suspect I will come through DeTour but I could go south of Drummond
Island. 
Either way, here are the locations I find at

which look possible:

Group I
  Bruce Mines Government Dock 
  Thessalon Government Dock
  Blind River Government Dock
  Hilton Beach

Group II
  Meldrum Bay (Manitoulin Island)   {most likely}
  Gore Bay Dock (Manitoulin Island) {unlikely}
  Little Current Marina {even more unlikely}

Is there someplace else I should consider? 
Do you have any preferences?
Keep in mind that Letitia has a TOP speed of 9.2 mph!!
