My 2 cents worth...
I have painted anchor with GALVICON look it up it's great. Good for anything
that has to withstand weather. Used to cover weld on framing to be outside.
It is zinc based aproved by engineers for structural welding or cutting of
steel where you cannot have a galvanizing process done...
