GL: Anchor paint

Actually, what I think you are referring to (maybe not) is a product made by 
Masterchem Industries, called Hammerite.  Try going to:
HAMMERITE.COM
We use this paint on our LPgas tanks (just the bottom 1/4) to keep them 
rust-free.  We've never tried the anchor, but now might.
