GL: Sunken yacht in ICW

I've done this section almost a dozen time at 7.5 kts. You're probably 
right, but in his defense, if you're southbound you have just popped out of 
a narrow 20+ mile Alligator-Pungo River canal and are now in wide open 
spaces for the next 30+ miles and there is that temptation.

BTW, I have been passed in that area nicely and nastily several times by 
go-fasters.
