GL: Underwater light barnacles

[Ocean Alexander]

I installed underwater lights on my Ocean Alexander 50 PH (for safety since someone stepped off the swim platform in the dark and went swimming and also so I could see the props). Now, 5 months later, the lights are covered with barnacles and the light cannot shine through. 
I thought about using transducer paint was I thought was clear but when I checked, the current versions are not.
Any suggestions??
