GL: reaction to marine charge @ DOG RIVER

How about this suggestion:

If I were put in the same position as David Resso, I would thank Dog  
River Marina again in writing.  Since the marina has refused payment,  
but is a supporter of the Americas' Great Loop Cruisers Association,  
I would send the Association a check for what I considered fair and  
just payment for the services rendered in the name of DRM and ask the  
Association to publish the contribution in their next newsletter.

That is a Win - Win in my opinion!  Dog River Marina's reputation is  
restored and David no longer feels as though he has cheated anyone.
