GL: Line Cutters

At $3.29 per Gallon of Diesel who can afford Barnacles?
Seriously though unless the spurs were totally fouled I can't imagine there
would be any problem same goes for the Prop Protectors.
A friend of mine was advised by the dealer of his new Pilot House not to
install either as they rob performance which I thought was a bit of a
stretch on a 50+ foot boat, I didn't note any diminished performance when we
installed Prop Protectors.

Tommy and list,

Barnacles have not been a problem on our boat with Spurs since
installing them in 2001 prior to our Great Loop Cruise during the
Summers of 2002-03-04 which included over wintering in Florida.
