GL: another marina fire

Well, this morning witnesses said that the owner was injured and  
transported, but it seemed that he was not aboard when the explosions  
occurred. The boat was a 24' boat set up for fishing, but the owner  
was living aboard at the marina. A 30' boat set up for towing  
parasailers was also heavily damaged and the second boat downwind had  
gelcoat and window damage.
