Although I have not yet visited Three Forks Harbor marina
at Muscogee, OK, I do know that the developer/owner is
the owner of one of the two premier yacht clubs on Grand
Lake in NE Oklahoma. Joe Harwood does NOT do things
in a half-way manner! I'm reasonably sure that this marina
is still being developed, but it will be a welcome addition in
this part of Oklahoma. There are some nice areas to the
north of Kerr Reservoir, home of Applegate Cove marina
and I suspect that some development other than at Muscogee
is probably likely. The Grand/Neosho River branch can take
you to Fort Gibson, OK where a pre-Civil War fort has been
partially restored to original conditions. Jefferson Davis had
been posted there as a Lieutenant.
