Well Larry, maybe there is room on that BW for you too.  Perhaps you can get 
Elaine to make privacy curtains with sailboats on them to remind you of the 
old Westerly.  Besides, I've been offering you the use of my sailboat for 
several winters now, so here is your chance to do both.
