GL: Great Loop route with Okeechobee dry.

I would be interested if anyone has a suggested list of stops going around
south end of Florida, since it begins to look to me like this will be the only
option when we take off in January 2008.  I do have the Maptech charts and
cruise guides, but would prefer some "the way I did it" stuff.
