An up to date Rabies certificate is all that is required either way across
the border. Our Yorkie travels with us wherever we go and have never had a
problem.  The same applied to importing one of our dogs into Canada from the
U.K. By air. Canadian Dept of Agriculture vet met the flight, checked the
certificate and gave the dog a good check-up to ensure there were no ill
effects from the flight and at no charge.  Took 15 minutes by which time we
were waived through customs like VIP's, think it was the dogs good looks,
not mine!

Is a notarized  slip from the vet THE rule to get a pet into  Canada????
Are there any rules????  We won't get to Canada til  a month after we untie
in
FL.
