In my travels I stopped at the Franklin lock on the Okeechobee Waterway
where there are small number of slips and a campground. There are some
vessels in the 40-45 foot range docked here now. The person in the office
says there is a thing called a "Golden Age Passport, which I have found has
been changed to an "America The Beautiful Passport", available at National
Parks facilities. If one is over 62 years of age the passport can be
purchased for $10.00 and is good for life, younger it is good for one year.
This passport gives free admission for life to all National Parks and a
discount here.

Since there is a discount here at the Franklin lock, do any of you know of
discounts elsewhere of interest to loopers?
