GL: Fees for Rideau and Trent Severn

Many of you are in the process of purchasing Lockage Permits for Trent Severn
and/or Rideau Waterways.

May I also remind you that this may be a good time to also purchase the US
Customs User Fee Decal.
This is required for all vessels over 30 feet returning to the USA.   The
cost is $25.
This is the fee for talking to a US Customs Agent.   (You will also need a US
passport.)

The Decal can be ordered on line at
    *   _http://www.cbp.gov_ (http://www.cbp.gov)
    *   Click bTRAVELb (upper right side of screen)
    *   Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and Click bUser Fee Decals
and Transpondersb
    *   Find "On the Web"  listed under "see also:"   on right side of
screen.
    *   Click bApply online for User Fee Decals and Transpondersb
A pop-up will appear informing you that you are exiting the official U.S.
Customs and Border Protection website.
    *   Click bOkb
