AHMEN!!! God bless you, finally someone states it clearly and correctly.
I hope that everyone on this board will read what Jack has written and turf
all this "you must ask" BS, and the "my one" and "his one" etc. etc. etc.
Every point that Jack has made is bang on, and succinct. Learn them. They
are all in Coast Guard Rule 34.
