GL: More whistle signals

Yea, mostly you hear "see 'ya on the 2" or "see 'ya on the 1" from the 
towboats on the Gulf Coast. The word "whistle" isn't used much on the VHF. 
However, I've traded "whistle" (actually very loud air horns) signals with 
everything from huge tankers in the Houston Ship Channel to Ferries in Port 
Aransas, towboats everywhere and lots of pleasure boats. If you can't raise 
a boat on the VHF (a reasonably common occurrence) you damm well better 
sound your horn with a proper passing signal. A really good reason to make 
sure you have a loud horn or two that work!
