GL: Whistle signals

Brent's got it right: "All that doesn't matter, as long as you
understand if you are meeting or passing, a "one whistle" call means you
alter your course to starboard, and a "two whistle" call means you alter
your course to port. Forget all this "my whistle side". It doesn't exist."

When teaching folks, or making this point, I've written "1" on their right 
hand and "2" on their left hand. For some reason, they never forget this 
again. :-) The way this is worded in the Colregs does lead to a lot of 
confusion out there on the water, when it's really simple.
