I just went thru St. Augustine...not a problem.  The span sections on
either side of the construction are about as high as the bridge
itself..about 25'..and there's plenty of water to pass under.  You must be
careful not to tangle with the barges and tugboats..but it's not a problem.
I'd suggest a call to St. Augustine Municipal Marina for local knowledge
that's up to the minute rather than Notices of Mariners.
