GL: electrical barrier across the river

The science daily article is dated 2002. The barrier is now up and running. 
The present concern is with power outages. They are working on a more 
permanent fix with backups. The Asian carp is a voracious eater. The concern 
is that if they make it into the Great lakes they will eventually eat all 
the baitfish and baby sportfish, decimating the trout, salmon, walleye, 
perch, smallmouth bass, etc.
Not a joke at all.
