GL: Cities and Marine Sanitation

Your east coast cities got nothing on us out here in Colorado. Colorado 
Springs has dumped 70 million gallons of sewage in 11 incidents between 1998 
and 2005. Our rivers aren't very wide nor very deep and don't carry much 
water. You folks would probably call them creeks.

The poor folks downstream in Pueblo keep sending their city admin people up 
here to complain, but to no avail, other than substantial fnes.
