GL: Marina recomendations

Stay on the east side of the Hudson and you're a simple train ride into NYC. 
Airline prices more reasonable at NYC airports than the regional ones. We've 
stopped at the Peekskill Yacht Club on several occasions. Train stop in 
walking distance. Beautiful setting. Hudson is so wide at that point, the 
view is almost like a mountain lake with Bear Mtn on the farside.

Consider Albany Yacht Club if you want to go that far north and use Albany 
Airport.
