It is up the Hudson to Kingston, NY on the west bank.  Two notes of  caution. 
 The first one is you must hug the right (Red Side) going in, stay  close to 
the light house because the left side has low submerged jetty. Please  refer 
to chart No. 12347-2, Hudson River - Wappinger Creek to Hudson, Left  panel
